Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 17, 2026 · Forward Dawn LLC, Miami, Florida
The short version: this site is built to WCAG 2.1 AA, we keep testing it, and if anything gets in your way we want to hear about it.
Our commitment
Forward Dawn LLC is committed to making this website accessible to the widest possible audience, including people who use assistive technologies. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we treat accessibility as part of our standard of care under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Accessibility is also part of what we sell: the sites we build for clients are designed against the same standard.
What we do
Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure, a skip-to-content link, keyboard-operable navigation and interactive components, text alternatives for meaningful images, sufficient color contrast, visible focus states, and support for reduced-motion preferences.
Accessibility checks are part of our build and maintenance cycles, so the site is reviewed on an ongoing basis — not once at launch.
Known limitations
Some interactive demonstrations on this site (for example, the animated chatbot and voice-agent showcases) are illustrative and may not convey every detail non-visually. Equivalent information is provided in the surrounding text. If anything is unclear, contact us and a human will explain it.
Feedback & accommodations
If you have difficulty using any part of this website, or you would like information from it in another format, tell us. We take these reports seriously and aim to respond within two business days.
Continuous improvement
Standards, browsers, and assistive technologies evolve, and so does this site. This statement is reviewed and updated as the site changes.
