Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 17, 2026 · Forward Dawn LLC, Miami, Florida

The short version: we collect what we need to serve you, we protect it, we never sell it, and you can ask us about it any time.

What we collect

Information you give us directly: your name, email, phone number, and anything you include when you contact us, fill out a form, chat with our site assistant, or become a client.

Information collected automatically: standard technical data such as pages visited, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you found us. We use this to understand what works on our site and to improve it.

How we use it

To respond to you, provide our services, operate client accounts and the client portal, send service notifications you have requested, improve our website and offerings, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who helps us process it

Like most businesses, we rely on service providers to operate: website and infrastructure hosting and security (Cloudflare), our application database and authentication (Supabase), payment processing (Stripe — we never see or store your full card number), our customer-relationship and messaging platform (HighLevel, also known as GoHighLevel), and privacy-respecting analytics. Each processes data only to provide their service to us.

If we ever need to share information beyond this — for example, when required by law — we will only do what the law requires.

Cookies & similar tools

We keep this minimal. We use what is necessary for the site to function and simple analytics to understand site usage. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site. Details and your choices are in our Cookie & Tracking Notice at /cookies.

Email & marketing (CAN-SPAM)

If we send you commercial email, we follow the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act: our messages identify who they are from, use truthful subject lines, include our valid physical postal address, and contain a working unsubscribe link. Opt-out requests are honored promptly — within 10 business days at the latest — and unsubscribing from marketing never affects service emails you need as a client.

How long we keep it

Contact inquiries: as long as needed to handle your request and a reasonable period after. Client records: for the duration of the engagement and as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.

Your choices & rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention requirements). You can unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us.

We respond to every request — there is a human here.

Security & breach notification (Florida FIPA)

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. As a Florida business, we comply with the Florida Information Protection Act (Fla. Stat. § 501.171): if a breach of security affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires — without unreasonable delay and no later than 30 days after we determine a breach occurred, unless law enforcement asks us to wait — and we will notify the Florida Department of Legal Affairs when the law requires it.

Children (COPPA)

Our services are for businesses and this site is not directed to children under 13. Consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

When we update this policy we will change the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting clients are communicated directly.
